Return Policy for Court Kings
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you have a 30-day window from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns
For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. You'll also need to have your receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please email us at info@courtkings.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the package back. Please note that we cannot accept items returned to us without prior authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the situation and work to resolve it for you.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns. This includes perishable goods, custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gift cards.

All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original purchase. Once the return is approved, you can then place a new order for the item you want.
